Bake&TAKE has a goal of opening upto 30 new stores each year and is always on the lookout for new properties across the UK and Ireland – especially in our target locations. We will look at a wide range of sites on local high streets, parades or edge of town shopping developments.
Our ideal location would meet the following criteria, but we are also interested in properties that tick the majority of these boxes:
- Frontage – minimum 17ft (5m) to 33 ft (10m)
- Area – 1,000 sq. ft. – 1,350 sq. ft. (93 – 120 sq. m), which can be over two floors – Minimum requirement = 800 sq. ft. on the ground floor with 400 sq. ft. basement or first floor.
- High visibility
- A1 planning permission
- Close proximity to rail or bus stations, main shopping areas and students
